The room was clean, but the furniture looked worn and outdated.

The location is unbeatable, close to the Fulton pier, where fishing is fantastic! Rooms feature essentials like a fridge and microwave. The breakfast selection was delightful—especially the fresh bacon and Texas-shaped waffles. However, the property could use some updates as the room felt dated and somewhat worn. The staff is friendly and attentive, which really enhances the experience, but I noticed the room wasn’t always cleaned thoroughly, raising some concerns about upkeep.

It was just a decent option for a weekend adventure in Rockport with good price-value balance. The restroom had no light, so we had to shower using our phone flashlights. Make sure to check the bathroom lighting before settling in.

Family travelers should consider it
We really enjoyed the friendly staff, especially the lady cooking breakfast who took our orders with a smile, made the start of our day a little brighter. The pool was great too. Kids had a blast while I sipped coffee watching them.
It wasn’t exactly a budget-friendly choice but still acceptable.
